OPT OUT of Military Recruitment: A provision of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, a federal law, requires secondary schools, upon a receipt of a request, to release the names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of students attending the high school to United States military recruiters. If you wish to have your student’s name removed from this reporting list, please fill out this form and return it to Mrs. Slattery in the NHS Guidance Office via email at doslattery@natickps.org or by mail.
