IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SENIORS

Class Night - A list of students receiving a scholarship, award or recognition during the Class Night Award Program will be posted on the guidance department website on Friday, May 24th at 3:00pm. This information will also be emailed to all seniors. This will not be the final list as not all names will have been received. All students on the list are expected to attend the Class Night Program.

Student Records - Seniors will be able to pick up their temporary records after their graduation rehearsal on Tuesday, May 28th. Students are required to bring a signed copy of this FORM with them to acknowledge receipt of their records. Any records not picked up will be destroyed on August 6, 2019.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you have moved and need to change your address please fill out the form below and bring it to the NHS Main Office with the required documentation for approval and we will be happy to make the change for you.

COMMUNITY SERVICE If time allows over the summer, your child may want to consider attending to some  of the community service hours for which they are responsible. All students must  complete 30 hours of community service as a graduation requirement. If you need some ideas you can find them on this link: COMMUNITY SERVICE WEBSITE.

In the event a student needs to withdraw from NHS please fill out a WITHDRAWAL FORM and return it to the NHS guidance office.

Section 8025 of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), a federal law, permits parents to submit a written request to the school and/or school district prohibiting the disclosure of their child's information, including their child's name, address, and telephone number, to any United States military recruiter without prior written consent. A child's name can be removed from these lists by filling out the Military Exempt Form and returning it to the Guidance Department.
